You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

Pink Cloud offers subscriptions that provide access to premium content and features.

• Title of Subscription: Pink Cloud Premium
• Length of Subscription: Monthly or Annual
• Price of Subscription: $9.99 per month or $98.99 per year
• Payment: Subscriptions are billed to your chosen payment method through your app store account.
• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

5. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of theApp.
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Pink Cloud, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either
express or implied. Pink Cloud does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
